Laser cutting of pipes and profiles
State-of-the-art, automatic line for laser cutting of profiles and pipes in the FIBER technology. Along with an automatic feeder and collector of elements. Fully automatic and autonomic work in a 24h/7d mode
Robotized welding
We possess 4 KUKA robotized welding stations with a working range of 3.1 m.
All work cells are equipped with welding tables and dedicated instruments.
Shielding gas is supplied from a central pipeline, maximum welding current is 500 A.
Welding
Since many years we possess a welding processes quality management certificate acc. to PN EN ISO 3834 and
a series of welding technologies operation permits, also for robotized stations.
Welds are inspected by external visual inspection (VT) , on request can be inspected by advanced methods (e.g.X-ray) by an external inspection laboratory.
Our welders are trained and examined in accordance with PN- EN ISO 9606 (formerly EN 287). Our technicians are managing the quality control department, taking into account the requirements of the ISO-9001 standard and acc. to AQL control plans in accordance with PN-EN-ISO-2859.
We use 25 MIG/MAG semi-automatic welders up to 500 A. The welding stations are used with DEMMELER welding tables. We possess a liquid argon tank with a mixer for 2 additional gases.
Laser cutting of metal sheets
AMADA 2 kW laser cutter. A working field of 3x1.25 m, with an automatic thin metal sheet magazine, fully automatic and autonomic work in a 24h/7d mode. It has worked many times in multi-day cycles of uninterrupted automatic mode operation. AMADA 3 kW laser cutter.

Oxygen plasma cutting
State-of-the-art CNC plasma burner with a High Definition machine parameters, 1.5*6 m table (within a few weeks it can be expanded to a length of 9–12 m and the thickness of quality cutting may be increased).
Bending
4 pcs. of CNC-controlled edge presses, bed up to 3 m, load up to 160 tons.
Hydraulic and eccentric presses with a load up to 250 tons (over a dozen pcs.)
Drilling
We perform two types of drilling:

FlowDrill.
Turning and milling
We possess CNC lathes with an automatic material feeder.
Milling plotters for plastics and CNC milling machines.
Expanded metal mesh
We also manufacture steel expanded metal mesh with the following parameters:
- opening shape: diamond
- opening length: 60 mm.
- opening length: 62 mm.

Machining of plastics
We conduct milling of plastics.
Plastic panels made of: PP, PE, PMMA, HIPS, ABS, Plexi.
Cellular panels: Conpearl, Akylux, Akypol.
Shot blasting
We have an automatic shot blasting suspension line with blasting turbines.
Cabinet cross-section: H: 1500 mm W: 600 mm L: 4000 mm.
Painting and galvanizing
Wet paint and powder coating.
