Design
The biggest strengths of our design department include the team of experienced engineers and the possibility of using state-of-the-art measurement methods. We use state-of-the-art software — Solidworks, Alibre Design i PolyWorks. We verify the correctness of the manufacturing of structure by measuring it with the measuring arm and comparing the product with the CAD model.
At request, we design and manufacture steel structures, containers and machines. We design containers adapted to the customer's detail or subassembly. We create the design with an emphasis on safety, cost minimization and space saving.

- automatic (maintenance-free) immersion coating plant for UIC mesh pallets with PC control,
- chain suspension transporter for painting rooms, with a load capacity of 500 kg per suspender, with PLC control,
- shot blasting cabinet with blasting turbines with dimensions of H 1500 mm, R 1000 mm,
- urządzenia do malarni ciekłych jak kabiny natryskowe, komory suszarnicze, ściany wyciągowe,
- boiler equipment, heat exchangers and flue gas/water exchangers for combined heat and power units (BHKW),
- instrumentation for Stanztechnik and other small machines for the forming of steel,
- work cells and instruments for robotized manufacturing,
Through the excellent teamwork of our employees we are able to implement new projects starting from zero.
